MOLD PARTNER

Mold bases, standard parts, and custom components.

For tool shops and manufacturing plants, from Debrecen. Price and delivery are quoted once the drawing or model is technically clear. A standard part and a custom part can share one quotation.

A common technical language

JIS DIN AISI

Parts selected to your specification.

Three kinds of request, one contact.

A complete mold base, a standard part to a named specification, or a part made to your drawing. If the project needs all three, you do not have to run three suppliers.

Machined mold plates

Mold bases

Machined plates and complete bases to the size, material grade, and drawing. A starting point for building the tool.

Machined mold frame plates

Standard parts

Ejector pins and sleeves, guide and locating elements, cooling, and accessories. Selection follows the standard you name and the application.

Open, custom-machined injection mold

Custom parts

Non-standard metal parts, tooling elements, and automation parts from a drawing or model. Material, tolerance, and quantity are settled before the quotation.

The quote is made from the drawing.

Four steps. A price goes out once the technical scope is settled.

  1. Send the drawing

A model or a dimensioned drawing, plus quantity, material, and the date you need it. For a standard part, the designation and the standard are enough to start.

  2. We fill the gaps

Tolerances, machining scope, surface. Anything the file does not state, we ask about.

  3. A written quotation

Price, technical scope, and delivery conditions in one document. A request is not an order.

  4. The order is recorded

The approved scope, the date, and the documentation you asked for go into the order.

What the order covers.

The component is one half of the job. The other half is an agreed specification, source, and delivery.

Technical review

We read the drawing, the application, and the critical dimensions before naming a price. If a tolerance, material, or surface is missing, we ask. We do not fill it in.

One quotation

A standard part and a custom-machined part can sit on the same quotation. When their lead times differ, the delivery condition is a separate line.

Freight and paperwork

Freight, and customs when the shipment needs it, is part of the order. The documents are agreed before dispatch.

Who this is for.

Tool shops and manufacturing companies that already have a drawing or a model, and want one contact for the base, the standard parts, and the custom piece.

What this page will not promise.

There is no public price list, and no general lead time. Delivery depends on the item, the quantity, material availability, and the machining, and it is stated in the quotation.

Before you request a quote.

What should I send?

A dimensioned drawing or 3D model, quantity, material grade, the critical tolerances, surface requirements, and the date you need it. For a standard part, the designation and the standard: JIS, DIN, or AISI. Attach the file on the form.

Can I request a part that is not in a catalog?

Yes, against a drawing or a model. Feasibility, material, and machining are settled for each project before a price goes out.

When is the delivery date set?

In the quotation. The item, the quantity, the material, and the amount of machining all count, so this page does not state a general lead time.

Is a quote request an order?

No. Price, technical scope, and delivery are set in the quotation we send. Sourcing and manufacture start after you approve it.

Send the drawing.

Your name, the company, a short technical note, and the file. We reply to the email you give. If a call is easier, the number is here.
